A modern take on a classic boy's double-breasted day coat.
Named after the area of London, just south of Belgravia, that is renowned for its fine Regency terraces and garden squares, The Pimlico evokes the understated grandeur that Britain has perfected over the centuries.
The Pimlico is made from the softest British lambswool cloth that has been painstakingly woven by a company with over 230 years of expertise. It is lined with sumptuous British-dyed pure silk from a company that was founded in the 1850s.
In the Caernarfon Crosshatch variation of the coat (a colourway named after the Welsh castle in which the investiture of the would-be King Edward VIII and Prince Charles took place), we have used red and blue yarn to create an unusual cloth that exudes both substance and style.
This piece, like all our coats, is hand-finished to the very highest standards.
